As a resident of the Atlanta Metro area for over 25 years, Moses Wilkins has been involved in varied aspects of the Atlanta community. He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Geosciences with concentrations in geography and environmental geosciences.

Starting his federal career in Atlanta, Moses has worked as a HAZUS Mitigation and GIS Specialist with the Department of Homeland Security for over 15 years. In this capacity, Moses responds to our nation’s natural disasters by supervising a team of analysts who develop floodplain maps in real-time, which enables FEMA to mitigate disaster relief predictively and prescriptively across diverse geographies. Additionally, through community engagement efforts, Moses facilitates training at the local and state levels on best practices and standards related to flood risk study lifecycle for the eight states that comprise FEMA Region 4.

While attending GSU, Moses completed an extensive amount of coursework in Urban Studies and showed interest in urban planning. Recognizing his former interest in this domain, Moses obtained his real estate license in 2017 and has worked as a Real Estate Consultant ever since.

In addition to assisting his clients in the acquisition and disposition of real property, Moses gained further experience in the real estate industry by investing his personal assets to flip and sell houses in the Atlanta area market, crossing over into commercial real estate and assisting clients in the acquisition and leasing of facilities within the medical and automotive industries.

Moses represents his clients with unmatched white-glove service to also include consulting/strategy, marketing, and ground-up construction. As someone who has personally purchased/sold and built two homes in Glenwood Park and Druid Hills, GA from the ground up, Moses understands the complex experience of the Atlanta real estate market.
