Bryan Brooks
Vice President of Franchise SalesBryan Brooks joined the HomeSmart International Team in October 2015 as the company’s senior vice president of franchise sales. In his leadership role at HomeSmart International, Brooks is responsible for spearheading the company’s domestic and international franchise growth initiatives which includes mergers, acquisitions, rolls ins and conversion opportunities. For more than 18 years Brooks has held leadership positions at other notable real estate franchise organizations including Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, ERA Real Estate and Realty Executives International. Brooks has led highly productive sales teams in many of these roles. Prior to his long standing career in franchise sales, Brooks also spent time in the title and escrow sector of the real estate industry. Brooks’ knowledge about real estate brokerage operations and expertise in franchising make him an excellent
addition to the growing HomeSmart International Leadership Team. Brooks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University and is a veteran of United States Navy. When he’s not helping brokers identify growth opportunities, Brooks can be found fly fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
