Prior to joining HSI Commercial, Michael Usdan served as an Investment Associate for Franklin Street specializing in multifamily properties in the Georgia market. As part of the multifamily investment brokerage team, he was responsible for advising clients on disposition strategies and trends, navigating methods to optimize value, preparing offering memorandums, pricing analysis proposals, and additional marketing materials.

Previously, Michael worked as an acquisitions and development assistant for Southbound Development Group in Atlanta. While in college, he became licensed as a certified player representative (agent) by the National Basketball Players Association and International Basketball Federation. He also served as the co-founder and head of the Midwest Region for a national concert and entertainment event producer.

Michael earned a B.S. in Management from Indiana University at Bloomington. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Georgia and an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
